From the Desk of Administrator John Berg

February 19, 2021

Dear Residents/Families:

This is John Berg, Administrator at Providence Park. I hope you all are doing well and staying safe and warm during this unprecedented winter storm event. I wanted to give you an update on where we stand currently. You will be happy to know that we never once lost power, so your loved ones have stayed warm.  We had plenty of food and water and medications during this time, so there were NO drops in service from that perspective either.

“You will be happy to know that we never once lost power, so your loved ones have stayed warm.”

Our staff has been able to get to work through the efforts of caring leadership and lots of miles on icy roads sharing rides. All of our residents (and your loved ones) have been patient and understanding and we appreciate your understanding as well.

I feel confident that after today, things should start to return to normal as the temperatures finally get above freezing and all this ice starts to melt on the roads. We should be able to resume visitations come Monday February 22nd.

Warmest regards,

John Berg
